OTTUMWA, IA (KYOU) – A ribbon cutting for the Easy Care Clinic at the Hy-Vee North in Ottumwa took place this morning. Members of the Community and Ottumwa Regional Heath Center gathered in front of the store to christen the new heath care clinic. Many people were on hand for the celebration. It was the first of its kind in Southeast Iowa. People can now buy groceries, go to a doctor, and get a prescription in the same building.
“We’ve also got an easy care clinic where they can have the one, that quick encounter. If they need a prescription or something. It’s convenience and access and immediate access, to provide all care,” says Ottumwa Regional Health Center CEO Phil Noel.
“With the healthy life styles people are trying to live, and everyone’s active busy schedules. It’s a quick affordable, convenient healthcare we’d like to provide to the Ottumwa area, says the Ottumwa North’s Hy-Vee store director Amy Kramer.
