Test Iowa Clinic hours
Updated: The Test Iowa sit off of North Jefferson Street has gone live. The site is funded by the Wapello Board of Supervisors and the CARES act.
The clinic has two nurses who will administer tests from 2pm to 7:30pm on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The nurses will also help with contact tracing.
OTTUMWA, Iowa (KYOU) - Wapello County Public Health and Wapello County Emergency Management are releasing the details about the return of Test Iowa to Wapello County.
KYOU has been following this story since it was first brought up at the Wapello County Board of Supervisors meetings.
The new clinic will be a walk-in clinic. It will be located in the lower level of the Lighthouse Plaza located at 1207 N. Jefferson, in the former location of All Ages Pediatrics.
Clinic hours will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
A QR code is required and can be obtained by taking the assessment at www.testiowa.com.
The assessments and appointments will be available as early as this weekend. There is no charge for this clinic. Testing is not based on symptoms. The clinic opens Wednesday, October 14th.
