Knoxville Police make an arrest in a stabbing investigation

KNOXVILLE, Iowa (KYOU) - On Sunday, June 13th around 11:45 pm Knoxville Police were called to the 400 block of E. Montgomery about a stabbing.

Rescue personnel arrived and transported the victim, Christian Durham, to a local hospital.

Christian was then airlifted to a Des Moines hospital and remains in intensive care.

After investigating, police officers arrested 21-year-old Levi Null.

He’s charged with Willful Injury and Obstructing Prosecution.

Levi is currently in custody at the Marion County Jail.

The Knoxville Police Department was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and the Division of Criminal Investigations.
