Bloomfield City Council has second reading of dog ordinance
BLOOMFIELD, Iowa (KYOU) - The Bloomfield City Council had their second reading of the new dog ordinance Thursday night.
Updating the ordinance began back in July after police investigated an attack on a woman by two dogs.
Assistant Chief of Police Zach Dunlavy told KYOU there were no comments from the public or council members that prompted any changes to the ordinance.
The third reading of the dog ordinance is expected to take place in November.
