Here’s what’s on Tuesday’s ballot for Wapello County’s City/School Election
OTTUMWA, Iowa (KYOU) - Tuesday’s election will shake up several key position within the City of Ottumwa. Namely - the Mayor’s office, and the City Council seats.
But the ballot spans further than that: with other town Mayors and Council seats up for election, as well as school board seats.
